I've spent my career at the intersection of construction and technology — coordinating structural framing for some of Southern California's most complex multifamily projects alongside GCs like Swinerton, Suffolk, and Bernards. I started ForeTect because I believe the industry deserves better coordination — not just models, but real foresight built into every project before a single stud goes up. My goal is simple: put the full picture in your hands before it becomes a problem in the field.
